1 General Terms & Conditions

Cv11 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between cv11 and its users ("you").

Deposits at cv11 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum varies depending on the payment method used.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

• Deposits are generally credited instantly; if there is a delay, please contact support.
• cv11 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Suspicious transactions may be reviewed as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from cv11, you must first complete KYC verification. This requires submitting a copy of your national ID or passport, along with a recent bank statement or proof of your payment account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users one time only.
• A wagering requirement of 30x–50x must typically be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Cv11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If KYC verification fails or the required documents are not submitted.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• When self-exclusion is activated at the user's request.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, cv11 will endeavor to return those funds; however, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

9 Limitation of Liability

Cv11 strives to provide a seamless and reliable service at all times. However, cv11's liability will be limited in the following circumstances.

• Issues caused by internet connectivity problems or faults with the user's device.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• cv11 is not liable for any loss resulting from a user sharing their own login credentials with another person.
